Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed at our distribution centre in Galway Ireland. Delivery dispatch will be approx. 2 – 10 days depending on destination and the item selected. We operate Monday through Friday, excluding Bank holidays. When ordering multiple items, for example, the bedroom in the box collection, we will make one delivery when all items are in stock. We will deliver to your nominated address and a signature will be required so that we have a record of all deliveries. If there is no one in the nominated address the courier will try making contact or if possible leave with a neighbour.

We use DHL Freight / An Post and UPS as our carriers. Choice of carrier and delivery service depends on the country your order is shipped to. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipping information and a tracking number. Shipping costs. Orders over €500 are free delivery to anywhere in Ireland.

Orders over €1000 are free delivery to anywhere in Europe.

Small boxes are delivered by courier and incur a charge of €15 within Ireland
Larger boxes are delivered by courier and incur a charge of €30 within Ireland

At Willow & Green customer satisfaction is our no one. We want you to be happy with our products and that’s why we give you 14 days to return your order if you are not satisfied. If you are returning items please advise us by email to prior to returning. Before opening the packaging, please check that the colour, size and style of the product match what you ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are liable for the cost of returning the items. Please keep all packaging as unfortunately, we will won’t be able to offer a refund if your order is returned without the original packaging. It is imperative you get proof of postage when returning items as they make get lost etc. Also please ensure your courier has adequate insurance should any items become lost in transit.

Your refund will be made about within 5 working days after we have received the products in their original packaging.

Damaged/Faulty Items
If your item is damaged during transit please advise us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will organise a replacement. You will be either given a full refund or a replacement will be organised and postage costs will be refunded. It is imperative you notify our customer service team before returning any items. Import Duty outside Ireland & EU
If you live outside of Ireland and the EU, your delivery may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the package reaches its final destination. We will not be responsible for such charges and it will be the responsibility of each customer to pay any import duties or taxes outside of Ireland and the EU.
